Shipping & Production Policy

Every Anaa Khan piece is a work of heritage, time, and devotion — our process bridges traditional Lahore craftsmanship with delivery to your door, anywhere in the world.

Production Timeline (Made-to-Order)

Every piece is crafted from scratch upon order confirmation — nothing is mass-produced.

  • Allow 6–8 weeks for our master artisans in Lahore to hand-embellish your garment using resham, dabka, sitara and cutdana
  • Each piece is brought to life specifically for you, ensuring uncompromising quality, drape and structural precision

Shipping & Delivery

Once your piece completes final quality inspection, it is dispatched via trusted international couriers such as DHL or FedEx.

  • International transit typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
  • A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships

Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

  • These charges are determined by destination-country customs authorities
  • They are the customer’s responsibility
  • Anaa Khan is not responsible for customs delays or duties incurred on entry
